Are you a practising or aspiring manager who would like to grow your skills and confidence in managing a team? This one year, level 3 diploma gives communication and motivational skills to help you improve operational efficiency, along with FREE affiliate and associate CMI membership.
The best bit? This course is FREE if you:
- are 19 or over and do not already have a level 3 qualification
- already have a level 3 qualification or higher but earn below the £20,319
- already have a level 3 qualification or higher but are unemployed
