Today's Military Tuesday Health and Care Takeover (23 May)

The sun may be shining and the beach or your garden may be calling, but if you are a veteran or service leaver who has been thinking about a fresh start in the health and care sector, walk on over and join us on the first floor of Barclays in the city centre, today between 12-2pm to meet with:

  • Lauren from Plymouth’s Health and Care Skills Partnership who can advise on training, volunteering and job opportunities

  • Representatives from Nightingale Healthcare will be attending to promote their live vacancies

  • Amy from The Forces Employment Charity will be able to offer advice on starting employment in civilian life and their Families programme

  • Armed Forces Champion from the JobCentre, Mo, and James one of our Skills Coordinators will also be available for signposting and one-to-one support.

This event is completely free to attend. No need to book, just drop into Barclays and pop up to the first floor.

Not part of the military community, but interested in opportunities in health and care, come along anyway and speak to the sector professionals, we're happy to help!
