Welcome to It’s My Life - your Health & Wellbeing Programme from Eat That Frog


Everybody needs a little help sometimes to get back on their feet, feel more confident about themselves and start to move forwards.


That’s why we’ve developed this programme to give you the ideas and support to take control of aspects of your life that may be keeping you down or holding you back.


Our small group sizes mean that everyone gets the time and attention they deserve while our friendly, experienced tutors will support you every step of the way


Course duration: 8 weeks

Location: Swarthmore Centre, 78 Mutley Plain, Plymouth

Group 1: 4 Oct 2021 - 24 Nov 2021, Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:30am - 2:30pm

Group 2: 5 Oct 2021 - 25 Nov 2021, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am - 2:30pm


Course content:

  • Awareness of social and emotional wellbeing

  • Sleep, exercise and lifestyle

  • Self image and confidence

  • Positive relationships

  • Moving forwards

This programme sounds like a genuinely supportive space for people who want to reset, rebuild confidence, and move forward at their own pace. Small groups and experienced tutors can make a huge difference when wellbeing feels overwhelming. It’s also a good reminder that mental and physical health are deeply connected. For anyone working on personal growth but still struggling with low energy or constant fatigue, it may be worth exploring sleep apnea treatment as part of a wider wellbeing approach. Better rest often becomes the foundation for positive change in every other area of life.
