British Land, the owners of Drake Circus - Plymouth’s most popular shopping destination (more info about this and the independent and national brands they work with here) has teamed up with The Launch Group to run a brand new, two-week training programme that will develop the skills you need to shine in a new career!
Running from Monday 5 to Friday 16 July, the programme will be delivered via a virtual classroom. This means all you need to access the course is a device that has access to the internet.
Like everything else, recruitment and interviewing have changed a lot over the past year and you need to be ready for online interviews and assessments. During the two weeks you will be supported to:
develop your CV
apply for jobs
build your interview skills
take part in interviews
understand the new recruitment process
meet a variety of employers who are currently recruiting
improve your digital communication skills
produce a post-programme employment plan with up to six months of specialist support from The Launch Group’s recruitment and training team.
