National Careers Week (Monday 2 to Saturday 7 March) is an annual celebration of careers guidance and free resources across the UK. It aims to inspire people of all ages to explore their future pathways, building awareness, confidence and excitement about the opportunities ahead.

Visit our dedicated page for key links, useful information, and a full calendar of what’s happening at Skills Launchpad Plymouth and across the city throughout the week.

Apprenticeships remain an excellent route into a wide range of careers. They offer hands‑on experience, high‑quality training, and the chance to earn while you learn — all while developing skills that employers value. Whether you’re starting out, retraining, or upskilling, an apprenticeship can open doors at any stage of life.

If you're interested in applying for a vacancy and would like support, simply sign up as a member here. One of our Coordinators will get in touch to arrange a 1:1 appointment and help you take the next steps.
