Argyle Community Trust presents Team Talk, starting on Friday 15th of July.
Team Talk is a weekly session, open to those aged 18-35, that aims to encourage people to socialise and become more physically active.
Sessions are every Friday from 1.30pm-3.30pm at Central Park Community Sports Hub. You will have the chance to take part in a range of different physical activities while you build skills like teamwork, communication and decision making. Go along and get involved!
