Step Into Learning are currently offering a Level 4 in Counselling Practice, the final step in the journey to becoming a qualified counsellor.
Entry Requirements
You will need to have completed a Level 3 Counselling course to progress with Level 4.
What can you expect?
The course will further develop your practical counselling skills and deepen your knowledge of counselling theory. You will get to practice within an ethical framework, and evaluate your own work.
What does the course include?
3 mandatory units, including;
· Skills Supervised Practice in Counselling
· Counselling Theory
· Counselling Theory: A Chosen Approach
You will also study the following modules;
· Working with Children & Young People
· Working with Grief & Loss
· Working with Trauma
· Transactional Analysis
In addition to the above, you will need to complete 100 hours in a placement.
