The Devon and Somerset Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) brings employers, training providers and education organisations together to help ensure local skills provision reflects the current and future needs of businesses across Devon, Plymouth and Somerset.

The LSIP provides employers with an opportunity to influence skills priorities and curriculum development, helping education and training providers respond to workforce needs and develop the talent pipeline required by local employers.

The LSIP is led by the Devon and Plymouth Chamber of Commerce and Somerset Chamber of Commerce, working closely with employers, providers and stakeholders across the region.
