We're currently recruiting a Skills and Workforce Coordinator with a focus on the health and social care sector. If you, or someone you know, are:
a flexible, self-motivated individual
an excellent communicator with strong people skills
experienced in further or higher education, and/or have knowledge or lived experience in the health and social care sector
proven in delivering impactful skills-based programmes

The key purpose of this role is to establish, lead and manage activities in order to significantly increase the number of Universal Credit claimants engaging with education, employment or volunteering opportunities within the health and social care and childcare sectors.
Working with those furthest from the labour market, including socially excluded people, and people looking for new careers using a skills brokerage model, the coordinator will connect individuals with employers and education/training providers to improve employability and progression into employment.
