To work alongside our Youth Hub team, we are recruiting a Youth Outreach Coordinator to offer dedicated support to young people in care or care experienced, working closely with the Virtual School.
This role will involve a flexible approach to working hours and settings in order to best respond to the needs of this cohort, and significant support in removing the barriers for these young people to engaging with education, employment and training.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and people skills, as well as experience or awareness of pre and post 16 opportunities in Plymouth. There is also an expectation for the successful candidate to have the administrative skills required to complete action plans, track and monitor progress and destinations, and develop case studies.
