Veterans and Partners Employment Support Event coming to Plymouth

A dedicated Employment Support Event for veterans and their partners will take place next week, offering guidance, advice, and local opportunities to support career development.

Delivered by Connect to Work, the event is designed to help visitors explore employment options, access tailored support, and connect with organisations that understand the unique skills and experiences of the armed forces community.

Whether you are looking to get into work, return to employment, or take the next step in your career, this event provides a welcoming and supportive space to gain practical advice and make valuable connections.

A number of respected organisations will be in attendance, including:

• Help for Heroes

• Building Plymouth

• Caring Plymouth

• Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)

Each organisation will be available throughout the event to offer support, share information, and highlight opportunities available locally.
