Theatre Royal Plymouth invites professionals to discover Our Space Annotated Workshops
Theatre Royal Plymouth is inviting professionals to attend two upcoming Our Space Annotated Workshops at the TR2 Production and Learning Centre, offering the opportunity to experience the programme first-hand and learn more about the support it provides to adults and young people across Plymouth.
The sessions are designed for professionals who work with individuals facing barriers to wellbeing, inclusion and community connection. Attendees will meet the Our Space team, take part in workshop activities, and gain a greater understanding of the impact the programme has on participants.

About Our Space
Our Space is a creative programme that uses drama and creative activities to support adults aged 18 and over who may be experiencing challenges such as homelessness, poor mental health, substance misuse, reoffending or social isolation.
The programme creates opportunities for participants to improve their wellbeing, build confidence, develop resilience and strengthen communication and teamwork skills. Through regular sessions, theatre visits, workshops and volunteering opportunities, participants are encouraged to build positive social connections and develop hope for the future.
Young Company Our Space extends this support to young people aged 14 to 18 through engaging and creative workshops that focus on wellbeing, confidence, communication and, importantly, having fun in a safe and inclusive environment.
The annotated workshops are designed to help professionals understand how the programmes work and the benefits they can offer to the people they support. Participants will be able to experience elements of a typical Our Space session, reflect on how their clients may engage with the programme, and build confidence in discussing and making referrals.
Spaces are limited. Register your interest here.
