Skills Launchpad Plymouth Easter opening hours

We're closed for delivery at Skills Launchpad Plymouth over the Easter weekend, but we will be available for face-to-face support from Tuesday 2 April and throughout the school holidays.


You'll find us based on the first floor of Barclays in the city centre, Tuesday to Thursday between 10am and 2pm. Please see below for details of what support is available and when:


Tuesday (open to anyone 16+)

  • Sector Drop-in Sessions, 10am to 2pm: For anyone interested in joining or progressing within one of Plymouth's growth sectors, drop in to speak with our Coordinators about opportunities in: This is a great opportunity to discuss everything from ideas that you have for your future, to your cv and general advice and guidance about your next steps.

    • construction and built environment

    • health and social care

    • hospitality, retail and tourism (Tuesday 9 April only)

  • Aged 19+? The National Careers Service offer pre-booked appointments for help with developing CVs, cover letters, and general careers advice.

Wednesday (Youth Hub delivery for 16 to 24-year-olds)

  • 1:1 Youth Hub appointments, 10am to 2pm with Rhi and Abi

  • Our Youth Hub Work Coaches from the Jobcentre will be meeting people for pre-booked appointments

Thursday (Youth Hub delivery for 16 to 24-year-olds)

  • Find Your Future drop-in at Skills Launchpad Plymouth: Our Youth Hub Coordinators Rhi and Abi, have cleared their diaries between 12-2pm to support any care experienced young people in need of a chat and some direction. There’s no pressure to sign up to anything. It’s just a chat, and you can bring a friend or your PA. Pop in and give it a try.
