As part of the Devonport Futures project, Real Ideas are delighted to be hosting a range of short training courses in immersive technology skills: 360° Filmmaking, Spatial Audio and Projection Mapping.
These will be taking place at the incredible Market Hall and are fully funded for Plymouth residents aged 18+.
360° Filmmaking (two days)
Learn the difference between traditional filmmaking and filming in 360°
Take part in a range of hands-on activities to film scenes with an Insta360 X4 before importing and editing them in Insta Studio and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Spatial Audio (three days)
Explore the basics of how to create spatial audio content with the help of our expert facilitator.
Working together with a cohort of individuals, collect, and record a library of sounds that will then be used to create a spatial soundscape.

Projection Mapping (four days)
Unlock your creativity using MadMapper.
Perfect for individuals with related experience, and technology enthusiasts alike, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the fundamentals of transforming any surface into a dynamic visual display
