Looking to build confidence, learn new skills, or take a positive step forward? The Plymouth Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Activity Hub provides a supportive and welcoming environment to help individuals do just that. Delivered by Seetec as part of the CFO Evolution programme on behalf of HMPPS, the hub is designed to help people overcome challenges and move towards a more stable future.

With over 20 years’ experience, CFO understands that everyone’s journey is different. The hub provides flexible support, whether someone is in custody, returning to the community, or already living independently. Individuals can join at any stage and receive tailored support based on their personal needs and goals.

At the heart of the hub is a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental environment where participants can feel comfortable developing new skills and exploring opportunities. A variety of activities are available, including sports, arts and crafts, music, and practical life skills sessions such as cooking, basic DIY, and everyday digital skills. These activities are designed to build confidence, encourage wellbeing, and support personal development.

Each participant is paired with a dedicated Support Worker who provides one-to-one guidance. They help individuals identify their goals, create a plan to achieve them, and offer ongoing mentoring and coaching to build motivation and resilience. Support Workers also connect participants with other services and opportunities, helping them take the next steps into training, employment, or further support.
