Having launched their sustainability framework in 2020, they focus on environmental sustainability, and social sustainability. Their focus is to provide an excellent service to their customers, using their technical knowledge, latest building methods, innovations and technology.
Each year, Kier take graduates onto their two year graduate development programme. The programme itself is designed to provide opportunity for progression, along with the training, tools and the experience you will need to progress in the career of your choice.
You will have access to practical on the job experience, formal technical and commercial learning, and first line management skills.
In order to take part in the programme, you will need to have obtained a degree. The degree does not need to be in a particular subject, however, if your degree is unrelated to the industry, the programme will enrol you on an upskill apprenticeship to ensure that you are equipped with the knowledge and skills that you will need to succeed!
