Calling all Kickstarters and Kickstarter applicants!
Department for Work and Pensions would like to get feedback from people who are applying for or recently offered a Kickstart Job placement.
We want to find out more about your experience and how it could be improved in the future.
By completing this short survey, you are letting us know you are happy for us to contact you to arrange to arrange a 1-2-1 feedback session, following which you’ll receive a £20 Love to Shop voucher as a thank you.
What the feedback session will involve:
no more than 45 minutes of your time- ideally by video call
it would be entirely voluntary
you’ll be asked questions about your Kickstart experience and your honest thoughts on what we can improve
you’ll receive a £20 Love to Shop e-voucher after the call
Taking part will not affect your Universal Credit claim. Everything you tell us will be anonymised and treated confidentially. We won’t share your name or any personal information with anyone else, so please answer as honestly as you can.
