Caring Plymouth hosts successful Meet the Employer event

Caring Plymouth recently hosted a successful Meet the Employer event, bringing together local health and social care employers and Plymouth residents interested in exploring careers in the sector.

The event gave visitors the opportunity to meet employers face-to-face, learn more about the opportunities available and ask questions about working in health and social care. Visitors also found out about current vacancies, training opportunities and the different career paths available within the industry.

The Caring Plymouth team was joined by Havencare, Alpha Care SW, ICL Homes and Kensa Health, who spoke to visitors about their organisations and the rewarding roles on offer. Throughout the event, employers shared valuable advice and insight to help people understand what a career in care could look like.
