The Skills 4 Plymouth vision is simple: local people have the right skills to enter into and progress in work, and employers have the people they need with the right skills for growth.

Skills Launchpad Plymouth is one part of this city-wide partnership, working with employers, training providers and support services to connect people with opportunities.

The organisations featured here are just some of the partners helping to make this possible. Together, they contribute to the free information, resources and opportunities available across this website, as well as the delivery of Skills Launchpad Plymouth's services from Cobourg House.

By working together, we help residents to explore careers, access education and training, build skills, find employment opportunities and progress in work, supporting both individual success and Plymouth's economic growth.

If you'd like to be more involved, email skillslaunchpad@plymouth.gov.uk - we'd love the chance to collaborate.

Skills Launchpad Plymouth complements the Heart of the South West Skills Launchpad which aims to improve the employment, training and careers opportunities for all in Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay.
