Are you facing redundancy? Here's some suggestions on what you can do next


Many people in our city, both experienced workers and young people, face employment challenges and uncertainty, particularly during times of redundancy or restructure.

 

Worrying about job security can be an emotional and confusing time, and if you are at risk of losing your job your first step should be to find out what your rights are.

 

Knowing your rights can help you to solve problems more quickly and smoothly, enabling you to concentrate on getting back into employment again. This may be a good time to re-evaluate your work life and learn new skills to enable a career change.
