City College Plymouth is offering a fantastic FREE Green Skills and Retrofit Bootcamp, perfect for anyone wanting to gain sought after retrofit skills.
A Skills Bootcamp is a free, flexible short course, where you'll be offered a job interview with an employer once you complete the course. In this case, not only with this course give you a better understanding and knowledge of the retrofit agenda and provide you with a Level 2 Award in Understanding Domestic Retrofit for your CV, but you will also automatically be put forward for a job interview with housing association, Livewest.
What can you expect from the course?
Learning will be both online and classroom-based.
The course takes place just one day a week, for six weeks.
You will gain an understanding of and use thermography equipment to survey and understand building construction.
