We're giving Military Tuesday a sector twist on Tuesday 7 February with our construction takeover! Plymouth’s construction industry is booming and with more than 180 different roles available, it is a sector worth exploring.
Morven and Heather from Building Plymouth will be on hand with their Job Shop to discuss the skills gaps and skills shortages facing the local construction industry and share the latest live vacancies. As this Military Tuesday falls during National Apprenticeship Week, this is also a great chance to explore some of the 100 live apprenticeship vacancies in the construction sector!
In addition to hosting our sector specialists, we will also be joined by Lee from The Forces Employment Charity, Armed Forces Champion Mo, Veterans Outdoors, and our Coordinator, James, who will also be available for a chat and signposting support between 12-2pm.
