Support for Special Educational Needs and Disability
Support for young people with SEND
If you are a young person with special educational needs or disabilities, planning your pathway after school can be challenging.
For most young people, and especially those with an Education, Health and Care Plan, growing up and becoming an adult is a time of change and development. It can be both exciting and scary to work towards having more personal independence.
It is important that you know what choices are available to you. Please see information below.
To speak to someone about your choices, you can book an appointment by emailing skillslaunchpad@plymouth.gov.uk.
In Plymouth, there are Post 16 settings that support students with special educational needs and disabilities.
These include:
• City College Plymouth
• Eat That Frog
• Skills Group
