On Tuesday 10 May between 12-2pm, Stacey and Marie from Livewell Southwest will be joining us at Skills Launchpad Plymouth in Barclays, Armada Way.
Livewell Southwest is a not-for-profit provider of integrated health and social care services operating across South Hams, West Devon and Plymouth, with additional responsibilities for delivering specialist services to people living in certain parts of Cornwall and Devon. Caring for an ageing population with increasingly complex health and social care needs requires an extraordinary and diverse workforce that represents the communities they serve.
At Skills Launchpad Plymouth on Tuesday 10 May, the team will be available to meet with anyone, including any military veterans or service leavers, who might be interested in beginning a career in care. No need to book, just pop in.
Lee from the Royal Forces Employment Charity and our Adult Hub Coordinator, Emma, will also be available to talk about training opportunities and support for those 25, and our pop-up Building Plymouth job shop is also open on the ground floor between 12-2pm.
