An exciting opportunity has arisen within PCC Skills team initially for 12 months for a Health for a Grade H Social Care Coordinator to lead and manage Plymouth new Health and Social Care partnership, with the key aim of significantly increasing workforce skills and improve recruitment and retention in the sector. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the health and social care sector, and understands the challenges. Someone who can develop and lead a localised action plan with a wide range of stakeholders to address skills shortages.
