AgeUK Plymouth have volunteer vacancies in a variety of roles within Plymouth, including:

• volunteering in their day centre and dementia day centre, ensuring clients are happy and comfortable and assisting at lunch times

• volunteering on their information & advice team to assist in helping older people in Plymouth claim the benefits they are entitled to and to offer free information and advice where needed

• catering volunteers to assist in centres with pot washing and hospitality services

• reception volunteers – to answer calls and help with other admin tasks

• phone friend - volunteers to call older people in Plymouth on a weekly or monthly basis and eventually meeting face to face
